Only 10 minutes from the beaches and shops of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, in a secure and absolutely quiet estate, the Villa Baladou offers breathtaking views of the Esterel massif (protected site), the bay of Cannes and the islands of Lérins.

The space

From the front door, a staircase leads you to the independent TV lounge and dining room bathed in light thanks to its large bay window.

Independent kitchen, fully equipped.

The vast terrace enjoys an idyllic natural setting and this beautiful terrace to live in, you will access by a few steps to the superb swimming pool (fenced for safety).

For the sleeping area, on the lower level, a 1st master bedroom welcomes you with an en-suite bathroom.

On the upper level, the house offers a second master bedroom with bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with shared bathrooms and independent toilet.

Each room is air-conditioned.

Not to mention the boules court, below the pool. In the late afternoon or at the time of the aperitif, a game of pétanque, it's always a pleasure! :)

A tennis court and another pétanque court are at your disposal in the area.
